Empowering care workers

Empowering live-in care workers with a horizontal skillset.

Live-in care workers look after older people and people with disabilities in their own homes, often working alone and without formal training. CARE 360 provides them and the educators who train them with a free VET course and a mobile app built around the real situations they face every day.

Why CARE 360

Care workers carry Europe's long-term care.
Few are trained for it.

Personal care workers provide 70% of care in Europe. Many live in the homes of the people they support, combining work with housing. This brings isolation, on-call hours and a high risk of burnout, and most of them never receive structured training.

Five areas.
One learning pathway.

Caregiving is technical, emotional, ethical and relational work. CARE 360 brings all five areas together instead of teaching isolated tasks.

Mental well-being & self-care

Preventing stress and burnout and adjusting to life and work in a new home.

ICT in home care

Digital health tools at home and effective communication with healthcare professionals.

First aid & CPR

Emergency response, CPR and defibrillator use, injury care and infection control.

Project results
